USING DISHWASHERS
Our dishwashers are restaurant kitchen models and reuse the same water until they are emptied. Therefore, be sure to rinse the dishes and clean the machines once or twice a day. Also, be sure that all parts are in the correct place, otherwise the machine can be damaged. If you are unsure how to use the machine, please ask someone with experience.
Starting the machine:
Place the different parts in the correct place: The small basket on the left in the “hole”, the cylinder plug on top of the basket, the triangle on the right over the outlet, the two grilles on top on the “correct side” (only fits one way) and install the wings if they were unscrewed during cleaning.
With the door open, press the ON/OFF button.
Close the door. Now water is filled and the machine heats up (temperature will go up and down. It takes about 20-30 minutes.
When the display shows at least 60 degrees and the small symbol on the left under the temperature lights up - then you can start washing dishes.
To wash:
Place dishes in the dishwasher baskets (cutlery only in brown baskets, or the extra yellow smaller basket)
Press P1, P2, P3 to start the dishwasher and higher numbers mean longer washing time.
Cleaning and turning off the machine:
Open the door and remove the grilles and cylinder plug.
With the door open - press the ON/OFF button and wait until the display shows (- -). Then press P1 and the machine starts to drain water. Scrub the inside of the machine with a dish brush.
Wait by the machine until the machine is drained and it shows (- -) again. Close the door and press P3 to start rinsing?cleaning.
Remove the other parts, i.e. the small basket and the triangle and if necessary the wings. Wash all moving parts.
Leave the lid open (to dry). The display will go out after a while.
USING THE OVEN
Our oven is a restaurant kitchen model and is cleaned with dishwashing tablets after visits or when necessary.
Simplified use (“like a regular oven”):
Switch on the oven by pressing 1 above the display.
Open the door to the oven.
The oven might then ask you to do CareControl (cleaning). Select the option Later.
The display will show icon images of “dishes” (quick program). Press the red button with “waves” above the display.
The display will change to the selection options Humidity, Temperature and Time. You select the options by pressing the blue box on the left.
Set the temperature and time. The time is minutes that the oven will be on “the chosen temperature” (it will heat up immediately).
Close the door and the oven will start, If no time has been set, the oven will announce by howling/warning that “it is ready”.

Cleaning
Follow the instructions in the RATIONAL oven manual, which is among the books in the kitchen by the window.
The two different cleaning tablets can be found underneath the dish zink.
NOTE: Cleaning the oven takes about 1.5-4 hours.
